QED Connect is releasing a software-as-a-service-based Software License Manager (SLM) product. The application will enable centralized management of software licensing whether users are on or off network and is aimed at increasing revenue through channel partners: Manage Service Providers (MSP), Internet Service Providers (ISP) and Telco. QED's application will offer an integrated package from purchase to obsolescence. First delivery is scheduled for late third quarter 2009.
